Over the years that has been the appeal by majority of Nigerians to their leaders to do for them, but things are getting worse every day. The question is what went wrong and Who is to be blame?

Apart from roads other sectors suffers too. Education, health, security, economic and many more are in sorry state.

Public institutions are longer performing as they were designed. Our Hospitals, Schools, Security and other institutions are operating far below expectations.

The irony of it is that as public institutions declines, private institutions are getting better day by day . The question is why is it so? The answer is bad governance. The laws of the land are no longer obeyed.

Worried by this, some Nigerians forward their submissions during the just concluded public hearings on constitutional review, that public institutions be protected by the construction and communities be given powers too in the governance and only people with proven integrity be allow to occupy public offices and contest elections..

Poor socioeconomic performance, human rights abuses, widespread poverty and corruption and lack of trust in the political system are all product of Bad Governance.

In a country where 60% of the population are under the age of 25, there is need to address things that promote bad governance.

The human Lost of bad governance is evident in the low level of basic infrastructure, weak health care and education system among others. Hence the need for electing competent and honest leaders, Free press, community involvement in governance, strong laws to punish corrupt persons in the society with these and more our society will be peaceful, strong and developed
